2 August - North on 38 Jacin, small camp with pool £5.10
3 - Left 10am along river to Sem, small road but good, to camping by little airport. Watching gliders and joy riders. 2 nights £8.20 Vrchlabi

5 - Left 10:15. Hot and sunny beautiful hills, skiing in winter. to Poland border Harrachov. Picturesque camping, basic £6. fell in town, broke frame of glasses, cut eye
6 - overcast and cooler, onto Liberec on to cafe, camping by lake. Jablone, old town and buildings £2.60
7 - into Nova Bor. New glasses, my lenses into same frame £11 = £100 in UK. Onto Rumburk. Squeezed inbetween tennis court & hut. OK for 1 night £2
8 - Noisy night, loads of youngsters up at 7am. to border Vornsdore into Germany to Neustadt, near swimming baths and road, ok for 1 night
9 - left 9:45 N on country roads to Spremberg. on to Spree camp Bagenz, on lake, a big family site £8
10 - not a good day. Lots of cobblestones and diversions. on to Niederfinow by canal £2.60
11 - North, diverted on to autobahn, bad road surface to harbour parking Monkbunde v.g. £3.60
12 - Heavy holiday traffic to Griefswald harbour
13 - Hot and sunny on to Stalsundt and Rugen Island Putgarden £2.50
14 - Lohe Hagen very good aire £7
15 - Big holiday area, wrong time for us to be there, but we were. noisy disco at Zingst £6
16 - Ferry £3.80 to Warnemunde. busy. onto Wismar Hafen £3.20
17 - Heavy traffic around Lubeck, on to Plon. noisy
18 - Good pretty road to Wilster. free parking
19 - Glutenstadt ferry £21.50. 7 miles to Freiburg aire
20 - to Cuxhaven Amerikahven £4 busy mouth of river Elbe
21 - still traveling west, ferry across Weser £7 to Wilkemshaven parked behind Rathaus Sande
22 - Dornum aire, pleasant
23 - to Emden baths parking was noisy so moved to park 9 Leer
24 - Left 9:15 as car park was filling up, pleasant little town & villages to Dorpen near canal Festplatz aire
25 - South to Bad Bentham. too busy, moved south to Stadlohn. big parking near Hallonbad (swimming baths)
26 - to Borken Frieletpark route to Boscholt. v.g.
27 - to Eck en Weil
28 - Greet's birthday. Visitors all day.
